The whole interaction with Sherpa Winches was terrific from start to finish! The customer service answered all of my questions before I committed to the purchase. The winch arrived on time and in perfect condition and was a breeze to install.

I got this winch and it came with all the necessary parts to install it, the winch is very powerful and you can definitely pull a boat onto a trailer with no problems

We did have an issue with the website cancelling our order but customer service was quick to respond and make sure we were able to still get it. It arrived quickly, we tested it right away and it worked easily and perfectly out of the box. Luckily have not actually needed it on the trail just yet, but we have used it a couple of times around the house and are very happy with it so far and have no doubts it will work just the same on the trail. Very impressed with the overall quality and set up.

Pleasant to deal with and received the gift card shortly after ordering. My husband has been looking at the Sherpa air compressors for months now.

Running the 24 volt model mainly for tire inflation and a small rattle gun for undoing tyre nuts. Works great and quick to fill tires.

My boat is 10,000 lb and I trailer it all over . Burnt out a couple other boat winches because of the load pulling it on the trailer. The Sherpa is a beast!! Doesn't even draw down in the slightest. The only thing I'm disappointed in is I didn't get a hauling ass sticker. Wink wink, nudge nudge..
